The hotel met my requirements. The property was extremely convenient right next to a central subway stop that you can take to get anywhere in the city. Helpful staff, everything was good. The location was excellent and stunning, short walk to the downtown, airport, and the train station.

They even called me to ensure I arrived safely and offered assistance if needed. I really appreciated their English-speaking abilities, which made communication much easier for me as a foreigner. the hotel was clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect for my needs, being close to the airport and offering a free shuttle service.

Although the hotel provided a great overall experience, one downside was the initial appearance of the exterior. At first, it seemed a bit shabby and made me uncertain about whether I had arrived at the right place.

I recently stayed at Lafei Hotel Lukou Airport Branch for one night before my early morning flight. The hotel went above and beyond to assist me, especially since I couldn't speak or understand Chinese. The host, Allen, was incredibly hospitable and spoke excellent English, making me feel more relaxed and comfortable during my stay. The hotel provided free transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The location, just 10 minutes away from the airport, was perfect for my travel purposes. The hotel staff were professional and helpful, and the room was small but comfortable. The TV service had a great selection of English movies, which was a nice bonus.
